DELIVERIES

Rose Tinted Interiors currently only deliver to Mainland UK.  Although we set out approximate delivery times below, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail/Couriers.

Postage under £6.00 is sent via Royal Mail and will be recorded and tracked.  Please allow up to 5 working days once your order has been dispatched.

Postage over £6.00 will be sent via Hermes and should reach you within 48hrs of being dispatched.  

Please be aware before placing your order, that orders received by Rose Tinted Interiors on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any of our products at any time.  We will not be liable to you/any third party by reason of withdrawing any product from delivery.

Your delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and this is reflected when adding your product(s) to your shopping cart.

In an effort to maintain sustainability as much as possible, where we can, we will reuse packaging/boxes to send your order to you.  

RETURNS

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please take photographs and contact us via **** within 14 working days to arrange a return.  Please keep the original packaging to return the item(s) in and include a note with your full name and order number.  Please use a recorded method of delivery (signed for).  Items need to be returned to us within 14 working days of the return being authorised.  Once we have received and processed your return we will refund the original order plus the return postage within 48hrs.

Changed Your Mind?

If for some reason you change your mind and wish to return your order, please contact us on **** within 14 working days to arrange the same.

Items need to be returned to us within 14 working days of the return being authorised.  They must also be returned in their original packaging, eg, bubble wrap, boxed etc.  Please ensure you include a note with your full name and order number so that we are able to track who the return is from and process the refund.  We shall process your refund within 48hrs of receiving your returned goods.  If there is a problem, we shall contact you.  

Rose Tinted Interiors are a small business and therefore we are unable to refund return postage costs (unless the item was received damaged by the customer and they informed us as above).

IMPORTANT: 

1. Items to be returned MUST be in an unused and re-saleable condition.  As previously advised they must be returned in all original packaging.  We cannot process refunds for any items we receive back that are worn, used or damaged in transit.

2. We highly recommend that you send returns via a recorded delivery method (signed for).  We cannot accept responsibility and process refunds for items that are lost while in transit back to us.
